Following on from our free ’Magic of Qigong Introductory’ teleseminar, where we introduce and explain ‘what is Qigong’, ‘what is Qi’ and ‘what are the benefits of Qigong practice’ (and a whole lot more including a simple Qigong exercise which you can start practising immediately), you now have the opportunity to embark on a 4 week online practical learning experience:

The purpose of this series is to give you:
- An in depth understanding of the theory behind why and how Qigong exercises work
- A practical suite of easy-to-use Qigong exercises for self-healing, a clear mind and healthy body
- A deep understanding of how to look after your own health
Overview of 4 week Zhineng Qigong teleseries

Week 1 – Self-Healing Qigong
In this seminar we introduce in depth the concept of how you have the power to initiate the self-healing response of the body.
We will teach you:
- The 4 major effects of Qigong and how it strengthens the body, prolongs life, prevents illness and enhances intelligence
- The 3 ways that information is ‘transmitted’ from teacher to student
- The first two major and overriding principles of the Ren Xue Zhineng Qigong life cultivation system, which when understood will help you understand your true purpose in life
You will learn:
- How to tap into and draw from the infinite supply of ‘Universal Qi’ to replenish your energy reserves
- How to calm the mind and relax the body in seconds
- How to build a ’Qi Field’ (positive field of energy and information) for self-healing
- The acupuncture points on your body which are relevant to the exercises in this seminar
- The theory of ‘Qi reactions’ and how when you experience symptoms it can actually mean your health is improving!
Qigong theory:
- An introduction to the theory and concepts of Qigong in general with an emphasis on Zhineng Qigong
- The physical and mental benefits of the exercises which you will be learning in this first seminar
- How everything in the universe is made of Qi and what this means for your health and happiness

La Qi
- ‘Pulling Qi’: how to draw sick or unhealthy Qi / energy and information from your body and how to draw in pure Hunyuan Qi back into your body from the infinite supply in the universe
Rubbing Qi
- ‘Turning Qi’: to gather, strengthen and purify the Qi of the body part you want to heal or strengthen.
8 Verses
- The 8 verses of Zhineng Qigong which are used as a preparatory exercise to calm the mind, relax the body and connect with the Universal Qi Field before commencing Qigong practice
Week 2 – Moving Qigong
In this seminar we introduce the theory and practice of moving Qigong.
We will teach you:
- The first moving exercise of the first level of Zhineng Qigong which helps to promote proper qi and blood flow throughout the whole body
- A simple yet extraordinarily effective exercise to promote Qi flow and unblock Qi in the shoulders and arms
You will learn:
- The third major principle of the Ren Xue Zhineng Qigong life cultivation system, which when understood will help you understand how to live in harmony with the laws of nature and laws of life
- About the rivers of energy in your body, called meridians, which carry your fundamental life force around your body, and why it is so important to keep these rivers full and free-flowing
- What your ‘microcosmic orbit’ is, why it plays such a vital role in health and how to keep it open and free-flowing
Qigong theory:
- The physical and mental benefits of squats and push the mountain
- How the mind has the power to control the body
- The acupuncture points on your body which are relevant to the exercises you are learning in this seminar

Squats
- Squats to promote Qi and blood flow in the whole body, and most importantly in the ascending and descending channels of the Microcosmic Orbit. Squats help to open and stretch the spine, the kua (groin area) and pelvic girdle, and also work to lubricate the major joints in the body. They are particularly beneficial for any conditions of the spine, lower back and lower limbs.
Push the mountain
- Push the mountain opens up the Qi flow in the meridians in the arms, shoulders and the organs in the chest (heart and lungs). It is an excellent exercise for developing the mind and willpower.

Week 3 – Still and Nourishing Qigong
In this seminar you will learn how to nourish yourself with static Qigong exercises.
We will teach you:
- A simple Qigong exercise to improve assimilation and digestion
- How to breathe to calm the mind, relax the body and turn on the body’s natural self-healing response
You will learn:
- The fourth major principle of the Ren Xue Zhineng Qigong life cultivation system: the four cornerstones of Qigong practice which we must build in order to create a balanced and complete Qigong practice
- The 3 energy storage centres in your body and what different types of Qi they store
Qigong theory:
- The benefits of mouth Qigong and Dantian breathing
- The acupuncture points on your body which are relevant to the exercises you are learning in this seminar
- A deeper understanding of ‘Qi reactions’, how they can manifest, how to identify them and what to do about them

Mouth Qigong
- Mouth Qigong is a simple exercise which aids digestion and calm the body-mind.
Dantian Breathing
- Dantian Breathing calms the chatter box mind and reconnects us with our body wisdom.

Week 4 – Lying Qigong
In this seminar you will learn how you can do Qigong lying down!
We will teach you:
- A relaxation method to help balance Qi, and to stop the ‘jumping monkey mind’ before you go to sleep.
- A Qigong lying posture which facilitates the nourishment of all organs, and is especially good for strengthening Kidney Yang Qi, which in turn helps to restore ‘Hunyuan Qi’ – the source Qi of life.
You will learn:
- The fifth major principle of the Ren Xue Zhineng Qigong life cultivation system: the five essential elements necessary for building a successful Qigong practice
- How and why negative emotions can dramatically affect our Qi in different ways
- Which emotions belong to which organs and how the Qi in our internal organs is affected by emotions such as anger, sadness, fear and worry
Qigong theory:
- The five elemental forces of nature and how these translate and are mirrored in our body
- Five element organ theory
- The benefits of lying Qigong exercises

Pour Qi Relaxation exercise
- Pour Qi Relaxation is an easy and pleasant exercise which will leave you feeling calm and relaxed, and is great to use just before bed or before doing a deeper Qigong practice.
Return Yang lying form
- Mouth Qigong helps Yang Qi to return to the body and rest. It nourishes all the organs, and is especially good for building Kidney Qi. It’s also an excellent practice for opening the hips.

Kim Knight – Qigong instructor and chronic illness specialist

Kim started training in Qigong and meditation in 2000 and owes her recovery from chronic illness to many of the techniques and philosophies learnt from Qigong practice.
Kim has over 20 years experience in natural health, and is professionally trained and accredited in a number of cutting-edge health modalities, of which Qigong is one. She works with people individually and in groups to assist them in their health and personal development education.
Vlado Rashev – Master Qigong teacher and Qi therapist

With twenty years of experience in a variety of health practices, Vlado has acquired a range of skills and good understanding of the principles behind the natural therapy and alternative medicine. Learning from extraordinary people and top level masters he developed knowledge of industry best practice. His scientific background helped him to rationalize the concepts of the ancient cultures and be able to see them also from the perspective of the modern science.
Vlado’s interest in the natural therapies started back in 1990 when he met for the first time people with special healing abilities. In the next ten years Vlado learned and practiced few different types of meditation, yoga and simple qigong and acquired knowledge and experience in different nutritional and fasting programmes. In 2002 Vlado became a Reiki practitioner but the pivotal moment in his life happened during the 3 year training he got from Yuan Tze, one of the top level qigong masters nowadays. That was the time when Vlado became confident that he possesses tools and skills to help people not only to work on and improve certain health conditions but also to change their life as a whole and bring it to a higher level. Vlado founded the Qigong & Self Healing centre in 2007.
