One Day of Zhineng Qigong

at Kaitoke Country Gardens  -  08 August 2009

Dear Qigong Students, Fellows and other interested Persons

This email from Shona Page and Vlado Rashev is to let you know we are organizing a training day for qigong practice.  Away from the city and close to nature, the programme will offer you the opportunity to practice a variety of Zhineng Qigong methods, ask questions, meet your qigong fellows and immerse yourself in a strong and purpose-built qifield.

Qifield

We will build on the qifield already developed through our own qigong practice and learning with Yuan Tze, together with the qifield built during group qigong therapy sessions, qigong classes, courses and retreat.  During the sessions we will constantly renew and strengthen the qifield with special information and pure Hunyuan qi to help participants with their practice, to clear negative emotions and patterns and to promote self healing from within.

Main Focus

The main focus of the training will be to help you develop and deepen your practice and understanding of the methods of the Zhineng Qigong system.  Relevant teaching and instruction will be provided at the beginning of each session.

Who may attend?

Although the programme is designed mainly to refine existing skills and knowledge, reasonably fit beginners who would like to experience qigong and sample a variety of methods are welcome as well.  If you are an absolute beginner, please talk to us beforehand so we can suggest the best course of action.
