The Group Video Call is an innovative and convenient way
for learning and practising but it can also cause troubles and disturb the
natural flow of the sessions if used inappropriately. Please follow the
instructions below to the best of your abilities, your cooperation is much
appreciated!

Contact Vlado via email or phone to exchange your
ooVoo
names at least 1 day prior the
class or workshop; Add Vlado's ooVoo
name to your contacts in ooVoo

If you haven't been attending the classes for a while
or this is your first visit, please send Vlado an email at least one
hour prior the class so he will be expecting your call

Before the actual call quit all other
applications/programs that are running on your computer. The
communication software may require most of the recourses of your
machine, especially if your computer is more than 3 year old.

call Vlado 5 to 10 minutes prior the
class or workshop. If you are calling from overseas, make
sure you take into account the time difference (click
here to convert the start time of the class/workshop to the
corresponding day and time of your country).

please be punctual since you won't be able to connect
and participate if you are late

once the connection is established, please mute your
microphone so the line is kept free of any noise - bear in mind that you
may share the connection with few other people. Activate your microphone
only when you talk and then mute it again
