Classes, Workshops and Group Healing via  

ooVoo / Skype/ livestream.com webcasting

Please read ALL instructions below carefully. 

The Group Video Call is an innovative and convenient way for learning and practising but it can also cause troubles and disturb the natural flow of the sessions if used inappropriately.  Please follow the instructions below to the best of your abilities, your cooperation is much appreciated!

Technical requirements:

Connection procedure:

·  contact Vlado via email or phone to exchange your Skype/ooVoo Name (at least 1 day prior the class/workshop/group healing)

·  Before the actual call quit all other applications/programs that are running on your computer.  Skype may require most of the recourses of your machine, especially if it is more than 2 year old.

·  call Vlado via 5 to 10 minutes prior the class/workshop/group healing.  If you are calling from overseas, make sure you take into account the time difference (click here to get the current time in both New Zealand and your country).

·  please be punctual since you won't be able to connect and participate if you are late

·  once the connection is established, please mute your microphone so the line is kept free of any noise - bear in mind that you may share the line with few other people.  Activate your microphone only when you talk and then mute it again

·  for group calls, to make Vlado's image bigger, just click with the mouse somewhere on HIS image - do not click on any red buttons since this may remove you or other attendees from the call

·  please read the section Bad connection problems policy below so you know what to do in case the connection fails

·  Enjoy the practice/workshop!

Fees:  For the time being the fees for attending classes, courses or group healing via Internet are the same as if you attend in person.  Click here for the general fees.

Bad connection problems policy:  the policy depends on the type of the session, please read below.

·  Workshops/Courses/Ren Xue classes:  Please feel free to report immediately any problems such as frozen image or no image at all, audio noise etc.  Vlado will try to resolve them straight away so your learning will not be affected.

·  Classes for practice:  Unfortunately, the nature of these classes allows little or no action to be taken in regards with any technical problems that may arise during the session. The only time when Vlado may try to resolve a technical problem would be when the time for Q&A is over and the practice hasn't started yet.  When it is time to start the practice, Vlado will ask the Internet users if everything is OK.  If he doesn't get positive reply, he will try to restart the video or the connection.  If the connection breaks down, the quality is too bad or there is a serious technical issue during the session and you feel you haven’t received what you were expecting from the session, please send Vlado an email with subject "Connection didn't work" right after the end of the session to let him know and you will not be charged for the class.  If you are on a concession card, its validity will be prolonged with one more session.

·  Distant Group healing (Internet only, no local attendance):  If the connection breaks down, call again and you'll be added again to the group call.  If overall quality is too bad or there is a serious technical issue during the session and you feel you haven’t received what you were expecting from the session, please send Vlado an email with subject "Communications didn't work" right after the end of the session to let him know and you will not be charged for the session. 

·  Group healing (both local and via www.livestream.com):  Since this type of session requires full concentration throughout the whole time, once the session has started no attempt will be made to resolve any technical issues.  If the connection breaks down, the quality is too bad or there is a serious technical issue during the session and you feel you haven’t received what you were expecting from the session, please send Vlado an email with subject "Communications didn't work" right after the end of the session to let him know and you will not be charged for the session.  Note that during the group healing sessions you will be able to see and hear what's happening in Qigong & Self Healing Centre but Vlado will be able neither to see nor to hear you.
